Requirements
Candidates must possess professional certification in at least one of the following: MAICSA, FCIS (CGIUK), or HKCGI, with preference given to those holding multiple qualifications. A minimum of five years of practical experience in corporate governance, company secretarial practice, or related fields is essential, alongside at least two years of teaching or training experience, preferably in an online environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of corporate governance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, particularly Malaysia, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Strong command of English is mandatory, with excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective online instruction. Technical proficiency with online learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital content creation is required. A relevant advanced degree in law, business administration, or governance studies would be advantageous, as would experience in preparing students for professional examinations.

Academic Qualification Requirements
Minimum Academic Level: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), Business Administration (BBA), Accounting (BAcc), or related field from recognized institution. Professional qualifications MAICSA, ACIS/FCIS, or HKCGI considered equivalent to or exceeding bachelor's level for this position.
Preferred Academic Level: Master's degree (LLM, MBA, MSc in Corporate Governance, or MPA) from accredited institution. Doctoral qualifications (PhD, DBA, or Professional Doctorate) highly advantageous. Executive education from prestigious institutions such as INSEAD, Harvard Business School, or London Business School valued.
Continuous Professional Development: Evidence of ongoing professional education through CPD programs, professional certification maintenance, specialized governance courses, or executive education programs. Minimum 40 hours annual CPD expected.
